I hereby grant the CBS Bluefins Swim Club the permission to photograph and/or record the swimmer’s image and/or voice on still, video, or audio files, and to use the images, video, and/or audio to promote the sport and/or the CBS Bluefins Swim Club (as well as Swim Newfoundland and Labrador) through traditional media such as newsletters, websites, television, film, radio, print and/or display form, and through social media such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube. I understand that I waive any claim to remuneration for use of audio/visual materials used for these purposes. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE, that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this release document.
